Application

1．This product is a kind of epoxy functional coupling agent, provide bonded storage stable and non yellowing effect, suitable for polysulfide, polyurethane, epoxy, acrylic sealant and adhesive adhesive, sealant and adhesive can significantly improve the glass, metal, concrete and other inorganic materials adhesion and water resistance.

2．This product can improve the bonding strength of epoxy resin and epoxy resin substrate, electronic materials, sealing materials, electrical properties of printed circuit board, especially thewet electrical properties.

3．This product is used as surface treatment agent for inorganic filler, silica powder, glass beads, aluminum hydroxide, clay, talc, wollastonite, silica, quartz powder, metal powder etc.
